V4 job help!

My memetchi works at the flower shop and well today was her last day because i will be moving on to 2nd generation tommorow. Anyway i got a (!) letter, and when my memetchi went to her work place, no one came and she got angry and left... What was suppose to happan?

you're supposed to get another letter right after that (that's when the teacher hands you your transcript, I guess)

then you get to go to choose a job--don't waste time there either; choose ahead so you don't run out of time

But my tama already had a job. It worked as a flower person.

It got fired/quit. It doesn't always happen every generation, but don't waste any time with getting a new job.
