2 and 3 are special keys you get from Tama Town Hall. 4 is a city map, also from Town Hall. 6 is the computer from the school, and 7 is the medal from the school as well. 25 is the movie poster from the one that says "coming soon" (on the left). But I didn't get any of these until after I had donated a total of 30,000 points to the king. Maybe that makes a difference, don't know though.
