I'm very sorry, but I am not familiar with that character. You may find the correct spelling on the version 3 character chart, or the version 2 character chart.

Urutchi is just the other name for Wooltchi (the sheep) - no you don't have to be a boy. All 'regular' adult characters can be male or female regardless of how they look.

The only gender specific characters are the babies and otokitchi, ojitchi and oyajitchi.

Yes, Spudlike is absolutely correct. Urutchi/Wooltchi can be either a boy or a girl. If you looked at the tamagotchi.com character chart, it is wrong about Tarakotchi and Wooltchi. They can both be a boy or a girl.
