Ura, En, and V4 Password Hatching

Ok, my job here is to take us beyond group hatching and take us to the ultimate!

I was thinking owners of uratams/entams/v4s could not only group hatch but share passwords for e-tamago/tamatown!!! Then we will give whoever shared the login password a logout password. Anyone who owns a different tama version can still participate. Although they won't be able to give out passwords they can sure give logout passwords!

Note-This will still be a regular group hatch, but the only difference is the sharing of passwords.
