When you graduate from school you will get a job offer. I believe I got it exactly at 4 but it might have been 5. After that I guess you can change jobs if your skill points are high enough but mine just had a baby at 6 so I guess I wont know unless I wait to mate this new gen to see. I really should have waited

You will need to have more than 30 points in at least one of the life/skill areas to be offered a job. Any less than that and you won't be accepted.

my mimitchi has 127 intelligenge 116 style and 131 kindess and it been an adult since it was 2

May possibly be a glitch or else you just have to wait and see. I know it takes time to get a job for me sometimes and sometimes it happens right after Im done with school. If you are done with school then you probably got a job and dont know it. You have to go to the work icon and then when it says away press a button and you will start your job. That might be what's going on too.

This not a glitch. I had a Memetchi at age 2. You get a job 24 hours after the Adult.

As I said, it is possible that the tama already has a job and you dont know it. I said that a glitch was a possibility, not the exact problem.
