Type of Family

So I have the V5 Celebrity, and I was wondering when do you find out what kind of family it's becoming? Mine still says blended family. They are toddlers and the family bond is at 50%.

Mine does too. Just wait until one gets married as an adult and in the second gen it should chane depending on bond with family.

It actually depends on the bonding item you use when the tama calls. If you choose the first option (This means from the left to right which is equal to first option to last) it will form within the mame family. The middle option is within the meme family. And the last one is within the kuchi family. If you get 100% bonding you can get a pure family. =D I hope this helps.

Generally you can change the characters by using certain training items, as ilovekuchipa555 said. But this shouldn't change the family type. To change the family type, you have to mate certain adults to get the Royal Family on the v5.5. I think one possible combination is your Prince Tamahiko + Rosutchi. (You must have 100% bonding at the time of marriage for this to work.) Another way is to mate two characters from the same Tamagotchi type (I think one type on the v5.5 is the Sociable type) and hope that they only have one or two children. Your Tamagotchi's family type should now match the type of your Tamagotchi's parents and should stay the same if you use the right type of training items for your Tamagotchi's life. Sorry if that was confusing!
