I'm in my own little world...
A kid in my school blames me for everything. Today I finally snaped and told Tara(A girl in my class) at recess and started crying hot tears. I held it back eventually and around my eyes it felt weird. Is this true anger?

That sounds like Heat stroke my friend, I had it before, everything was split in 3 colors (Red Green and Blue) And my eyes felt hot and was dizzy

Well there really isn't 'true' anger. It's kinda an either/or- you are either angry or your not.

It's ok to be angry but it's not ok to let it rule your desicions and actions. ;]

Anyways, if this kid is really bugging you go tell a trusted adult. Maybe talk to your parent and then talk to your teacher, counselor or principal.

'Member, stand up for yourself but don't strike back and if things are getting out of hand tell someone you trust.

Already did that, NOTHING HAPPENED.

Sadly sometimes that happens.

Who did you tell?

Next time he/she does something like this tell them straight out that you don't appreciate them doing this and that you want them to stop. If they continue just ignore it and tell a teacher. Or suround yourself with one or two friends all the time so they can stick up for you too. ;]

is she religous? If so, ask her, 'what would jesus do?'

I am sorry to hear that situation. But Ta9394 is right. When ever I am getting in that problem I say Is Heavenly Father proud of you for doing that! But I feel true angerr like every day! So I think that is true anger.

Off Topic: I really wish some people would use good grammar and spelling right about now...

Yes, I've felt 'true anger' many times. Today, yesterday, the day before, two years before that. Anger is a natural thing and part of life. So it's really not that big of a deal to get angry at someone for doing something offencive, hurtful, or unfair to you.

A way to fix your problem: As said before by tamaw/pants, tell a trusted adult. Explain your situation and how you are feeling about it. In saying 'Trusted Adult', I mean your parent, teacher, principal, or someone who can help you deal with or overcome the problem without any physical harm, of course.

I say relax a little, cool off, and think of other things to get your mind off of it. Sometimes thinking about it constantly brings more stess. :(

You spelled stress wrong... anyway, if he calls me "retard" once more I will tell my parents. AGAIN.

True anger is when you can't even hold back your thoughts and emotions. You simply get so fed up with somebody you either scream or do something very drastic.

I once screamed and spat on somebody because I was so mad at them. They hit me in the face and I left, kind of disappointed in myself...
