Can anyone tell me how to gain basic skills for your tamagotchi? And how i'll be able to get the baby sitter?

Basic skills are obtained when your tamagotchi calls but a symbol will appear, for example a symbol of poop may appear, that means the Tama wants to go potty, so if you do so they will say できたよ！ or something like that then you go into the clover icon and select ほめる which means praise once you do that and those actions when they call for it a few times, they will earn those skills.

For the baby sitter, It is in the clover icon titled たまシッター

May I know what are the different types of basic skills? And what the giant clover in the tama info page?
