Souvenier #22 is the golden tamagotchi.

Here's how to get it:

Go to tama town

Find all of the hidden objects:

football- toy store in the mall

jacket- clothing store in the mall

hat- travel center- switserland card

necklace- clothing store in the mall

tie- on the teacher in school

purse- cafe- at mamechi's booth

bango- music sore in the mall

wind mill- arcade

bunny slippers- clothing sore in the mall

paint brush- school

Then when you have all the stuff, go to the toy store in the mall and click on the tamagotchi poster. Then it should come up closer to the screen and then click on the tama and wa la, you have the golden tamagotchi!
