Hi.

This was HORRIBLE! I logged into music city, hoping I had a letter from the concert hall of my rank. By surprise, i found out my mail box was empty! I sent my account an ecard but i didn't find my Ecard anywhere! is anyone like this as well? Well, i need a solution for this problem. I waited a whole week for my mail from the contest hall but if this stops it then I'll be mad for sure! Please help me!!!

Oh... Im feeling very very bad. I need my Cd to become 5th and like this, It'll never happen!

This has happened to me before, but When I logged out it fixed. Have you tried that? If it doesn't work try emailing bandai about it...

This has happened to me, and I can't fix it either, but until I get bandai's e-mail, use the awards TV in your room to see what rank you got, and you can still pick up your award.

You know what, It just happened to me again, and this time it won't fix! I think Bandai has messed up something, because I know alot of other people that this has happened to as well (and I am not talking about just 1 or 2, I am talking about 16 or 17!!!)

Awww, Sad. That happened to me too! I wanted check the mailbox to see if there's an Ecard about the Band score. But when I went to the mailbox, nothing was there! What happened?!

This is so freaky, it was working a few days ago?! Is it because I have to many mail?

At first I thought I had too many unanswered Ecards, those that says 'Want to be Friends' or 'Want to join my band'. I never did have time to bother about those....hope someone is fixing it! I really want to know the score for my band.

I found an answer to this all.

When you enter for a contest you will get everything even without the letters.

To get friends, you send THEMthe friend request.

crazy4tamaz, whatever level you are, hope that you are not on level 50. My friend is on level 50. I am too. We both had empty mailboxes. Whatever you do, don't grow into level 50!

Hey<?! I am level 50, so you mean all the people who has level 50 got all their mail deleted? But how come my brother, he is level 48 and got all the mail deleted too! And so as my friend who's level 2 only.

I still don't get your Contest part?! What do you mean by ne have to sign up for the contest to get everything even the mails back?!
