Kai continued moving silently in the direction of the wolf who was howling, desperately trying to find them. Their howls, so emotional and deep, cutting through his howls, which were empty and lone, like sharp knives. He stopped, leaning forward as he howled again; slow and quiet. There was no message he was conveying - perhaps confusion, perhaps want. He wasn't able to tell exactly, and yet still he moved closer to the messenger. Suddenly, RipJaw appeared by him, the solitude and silence he was running in was destroyed. He turned and looked at her, his stare blank, cold, emotionless. How was he intended to act? For some reason, he felt so empty. "What? Oh, yes, alright, let's go find him." He said, he voice low and hoarse as he spoke. As they turned and trotted off, he couldn't help but look back. He let out a low howl, to tell the other wolf - whoever they were - that he was going. He would discover them eventually. Kai turned his attention back to RipJaw and looked forward. "When was the last time you saw him?" He asked, quickening his pace.
Myra wrapped her tail around her flank and watched him slowly eat the food, her eyes wandering around the pack. She watched as an unfamiliar she-wolf brought in more deer, hunting must have been... plentiful. She wanted to become curious, but instead she decided to feel joy and enjoy the moment. At least no one would be going hungry. Her ears perked up and she looked down at the male on the ground. "Oh, my name? Myra. How about you?" She asked, noticing his muscles tense, he must be cold. But she didn't make an effort to move him, she didn't want to seem odd.
