How can you get an extra missing souvenir if you collect all of them? That's confusing!

yes it's items- not souvenirs. (the costume is def NOT no.32)

So the last souvenir is still a mystery. Until tama-town lets us win the golden tamagotchi for collecting all the souvenirs from tamatown (which a lot of us have already got)- we still don't know whether it's number 22 or 32.
