Ohmygoshyes. Haha. I just listened to it & thought the same thing!

Morgan stared at the test blankly for awhile. She had no clue what any of the answers were. Pulling her phone back out, Morgan slyly texted Asher, Are you any good at Chem?

Ah, so I'm glad it wasn't just me. Ori is so much better than According To You. She's awesome.

Asher felt his phone vibrate. At the time, they were watching a video clip, so, the lights had mostly been turned out. Good timing. Maybe? What do you need help with?

Yeah, she is good. I just started listening to some of her music when you said something about it :D Haha, I'm glad you did.

An atom has 22 protons and 28 neutrons. What is it? Morgan replied. She hoped Asher wasn't completely against helping her cheat. Because if he was, Morgan would be screwed. One 'Zero' coming up.

I didn't even realise you'd posted before that. I'm not very observant xD

Her older stuff is great, too. Lights of Manos gives me goosebumps, but it's an acquired taste, because it's hardcore guitar. And stuff like Here On Earth is awesome, more bluesy. Drive Away, on Believe is like that.

Asher looked thoughtful for a moment. An atomic mass of 50, really? Was there one? He was pretty sure he'd never seen one. He wrote back with Answer something either like: 'It must be a new substance because we have no previous knowledge of an element with an atomic mass of 50' or 'It doesn't exist, because we have no knowledge that there is an element with an atomic mass of 50'. That should be right. A trick question, though? That sounds harsh! Hope that's okay, fire away with any more :)

Hm, I had no clue they'd give a trick question. Haha. Thanks :) Morgan answered said question and hurried to finish the rest of her test. After that question, she kind of knew what most of the rest were.

Me neither. Oh well, you'll probably get extra brownie points for spotting it, then :), Asher sent that text in reply, then put his phone away again; the video was coming to an end so he couldn't be descrete anymore.

Ah, that's alright. I'm always failing.

Asher could only assume, and hope, that the rest of the test went okay, since she hadn't texted him with another question. The end of the lesson was also drawing nearer, so he expected they'd probably have finished up. His teacher was summarising the lesson's work. He wrote a few notes down in his book, since he hadn't been listening at all through that lesson, and then just waited for the bell.

Morgan sat back in her seat and yawned. Tests always made her tired. After putting her stuff in a pile, she pulled out her phone and texted Asher. What's your next class? I would rather talk to your face, if that's possible. As she waited for the bell to ring, Morgan drummed her fingers. It seemed like the classes were dragging on longer than usual.

Asher looked at his phone under the desk. He replied with, Free period, actually. And, yeah, I reckon I'd prefer to talk to you rather than text you. He kept his phone out, waiting for her reply. It was better than sitting around waiting for the bell to go, anyway.

Mkay, well I have art class. Maybe we can meet up by my locker? Morgan replied, and set her phone in her lap, waiting for a response. She couldn't tell if she was more excited for art class, or to see Asher.

Sure, I'll see you there, then :) Asher replied. Shortly after that, the bell rang, and he never recalled a time recently where he'd been so quick to get out of the classroom to go back to the locker hallway. He made it there fairly soon, and he was smiling again, much to the surprise of a lot of people around him, who knew him as the unhappy guy that didn't talk to anyone.

"Oh, well, I didn't really pay any attention, actually. But it was just a movie, so I can watch it any time I want, should I feel the need," Asher replied with a quiet chuckle. "Could have been worse, at least it gave me a chance to text you." He looked down the corridor for a moment before turning back to her. "I'm pretty jealous, actually. I'd love to have art. But free period is good, too."

"What period do you have art?" Morgan asked, turning to her locker and opening it. After putting her Chemistry books and such inside, she pulled out her current project and sketch book. Her current project was sketched out already- the painting wasn't quite done. It was a portrait of Cody, playing in the snow.
