Help me! Whenever i get a password from tamtown (yes i do put the correct username in before!!) They dont show up anywhere in my tamagotchi, i know im doing it right, wat is it!!! Hope you can help

I told this to someone before scroll through you souveniers

eg my teddy bear is no 21

even though i don't have 21 items

let me know if you find them

otherwise if is coming up with error soemthing else is wrong

don't forget your spaces in your username

mine had a space before and it stopped everything from working

i go into tamatown & played the games i got my prizes & pw

i keyed into my tama n it showed but when i scrolled thru my items & souveniers they aren't there is there anyone that can help me?
