I went to tamatown.com and I bought some things. I looked on my tamagotchi, and it nothing I bought was there. Yes, I typed in the passwords, yes I did it while I was still logged in online! What could have happened?

Hi Tamagirl9600,

You must enter your logout password first. Then you will get your souvenir passwords. Go to the PASSWORD section of the activity section and enter the item/souvenir passwords and the item/souvenir will appear.

But of course the items aren't free and you have to remember to pay for them or else you won't get the item you want.

When you type in the passwords, there will already be a price, like you were in the store.

Press B To pay for it.
