That happed to me. So if you don't want that to happen again, I think you need to wait until the movie poster pops up. Then you can enter the password and close it. Now you can exit.

that happened to my friends computer.she closed it but then it oppped up again.she closed it again and again but it popped up.then her internet was weird/
