Tamagotchis wont hatch

Hiya everyone be gentle this is my first post i have bought my daughter 2 version 3 tamagotchis they have been working perfectly but they died while she was at school so we had to reset them and now theu wont hatch its been h

three days and one has died before it even hatched. what do i need to do your help is appreciated.

MY SIS HAD THE SAME PROB BUT ALL U HAVE 2 DO IS PRESS THE MIDLE BUTTON THEN IT GIVES U A CHOICE OF DOWN-

LOAD OR RESET CLICK ON RESET THEN U HAVE 2 SET THE TIME THEN UR TAMA EGG WILL HATCH IN A FEW MINUTES
