LOL - as others have said - no need to shout 
you can keep the text the normal size that it defaults to. Posting in larger lettering won't get you noticed faster.
But in answer to your question some advice would be to take a look around the forums
There are a few different versions of the connections and it might be helpful to see if you can look up some pictures of a few to determine what version you have. The earlier versions look similar to the original tamagotchi while later versions have different types of antenna on the left side of the IR port.
Once you figure out what version you have you could take a look at the instructions and tips in our library section. There you will find all kinds of reference materials to help you train and take care of your tamagotchi: https://www.tamatalk.com/IB/forum/29-tamatalk-reference-section/.
If you have something specifically you need help with try the search function on the forums up in the top right of the screen by clicking the magnifying glass. You can search for people and for words in posts. Maybe people have the same issues that you are looking for answers for.
Other than that - welcome to the site and feel free to post any further questions if you can't find the answer to them. Also you might want to post a hello to everyone in the introductions thread near the bottom of the forum
