Tamagotchi V1 Background and Higher Pitch?

My older sister just put a battery in her old V1 and I noticed two things that are odd:

1. The audio is really high pitched

2. It has the same background as a V2

Does anyone know if these things are normal? I've never gotten a close look at it until now and I've never seen it turned on until now.

I know that some of the V1 and V2 backgrounds are the same, like the window with a heart in it or the blue one with numbers.

I'm really not sure about the higher pitch thing, though. 3:

Well if I remember, my V1 DID sound very weird compared to my other connections but I'm not sure if it was high-pitched. >u<

It's most likely fine, either that or try new batteries~
