For those who've seen Tamagotchi The Movie, what do you think of it? Cute? Funny? Random? Awesome? I think it is all of those things, lol. The end is also sad, but I never cry because of movies and it is no exception.

My thoughts on it:

PROS

It's TAMAGOTCHI!! A non Tama-fan wouldn't understand...but we're used to Tamagotchi being the odd little virtual pet, not the subject of a 2-hour feature film!

It's funny and unique - what other movies have living planets catching a cold and shortly after yelling at a living black hole?

It can get people into Tamas - it's a great way of Tama newbies learning about the main characters' personalities.

CONS

Some might describe it with one negative word: Babyish. You can't exactly invite a non-Tama-loving friend round to watch it.

A non Tama-lover wouldn't understand a word of it.

The end is sad... :(

If you don't have it, get it! You can find it on eBay for as little as $5. It's really worth it!

If you do have it, what do you think?

Best. Movie. Ever. Except for being babyish and having the Tama planet's runny nose and making me cry on my birthday. XD Did you find a part where you can hear a toilet flushing? I only noticed that the most recent time I watched it! I still think they could have made it less kiddy. -_-

You got it for your birthday?! OMG, it was TOP of my wishlist for my 8th Christmas, 9th birthday, 9th Christmas, 10th birthday and 10th Christmas! Unfortunately though, my wishlist was a top-secret password-protected Word document on my computer, so no-one ever got it for me - I suspected it wouldn't be allowed - so I just got it myself about two months ago from eBay. :p It didn't make my brother, WHO GET THIS IS EIGHT, cry at all. Nor me, but I'm almost 11.

I got it in a bundle pack with a Music Star, and just watched it a few days ago. I had put it in our DVD cabinet and forgot about it. I thought it was kind of cute, but more geared for younger viewers. I'll watch it again some day, but I understand it's getting hard to find. Maybe I'll just keep it as a collectible.
