Tamagotchi P's clock frozen and the screen won't go off.

My tamagotchi P's clock is frozen. It will not keep time. I have tried new batteries and re-downloading it. Also the light does not go off. Please help. Thanks.

The frozen clock keeps my tamagotchi from evolving because it never gets hungry or unhappy.

Never mind I'm sorry. I opened my tamagotchi with a screw driver and a small useless looking plastic object fell out. It works fine now. How do I delete this topic? Sorry again.
