Tamagotchi P's, character just turned red and looks mad.

My character turned all red and looks mad, but i got his happy meter back up and he still looks red and angry. he's not hungry either, what's going on with him?

Try giving him a bath? Tamas turn a reddish brown when they need a bath.

Yep, sounds like they need a bath. And when the house is all red, you need to clean it.

but my tama was sleeping once and the whole room (execpt the tama) is red. I reset the time to wake him up and gave him a bath, but when I reset to the original timing, the room was still red. any idea whats wrong?

You need to clean the room with some cleaning equipment. I think it's the hoover for the bedroom but it could be the broom.
