Tamagotchi meets corroded battery unit

Hi! This is my first post here. I’ve recently tried running my tamagotchi meets however it seems that the battery has corroded and the springs came off, I’ve cleaned off the corrosion and tried the aluminium foil hack as replacements for the springs but it just wouldn’t seem to turn on.. I’ve bought replacement springs as well but I have no idea how to reattach them since I have no background on soldering..any tips? Thank you!

I’d suggest sending it to the tamagotchi center to see if there’s anything he can do. Just search him up on instagram
