The Tamagotchi GameBoy game that came out in 1996 or 1997.

I heard about it and it looks super cute! But I heard its a terrible game!

What do you think?

Should I buy it? I mean, it'll probably cost $5.00 because it's not even in color and was for the GameBoy, not the GameBoy Color.

I have it! I actually really like it. I get Mimitchis often. Your time passes quickly; you can get through one day in an hour or so, depending on your speed setting. You have three different contests you can compete in once a day. Your tama has to be a toddler or older to qualify. You have three different games and three different foods and snacks. For $5.00 I'd get it and check it out. It does have some color if you play it on a Gameboy Color or Advance.

It's worth the price you usually find it at so why not? If you like Tamagotchi it's worth having. I have I think all of the GBOY Tama games. There is an Osu/Mesu one, a Mori/Umi version then the JP version of our regular US version. It's also out on Ps1 and N64.

The N64 one plays like a board game. It's really neat!

Are the Osu/Mesu and Mori/Umi versions in Japanese? I would assume they are. I've never seen any on eBay either.
