It doesn't seem to work for my Dream Town. I've gotten dud codes before but after the third try, the item generator it is still not working.

That's so strange! Mr.Blinky said they were working okay. The generator works fine on my friends.. hmm it still is a new thing so hopefully any problems can be fixed and you can hopefully generate some items!!

I tried again with two codes and also for the second try, I capitalized the letters. I still got the same "invalid code response". There are a few different websites for the Dream Town game based on location, so I wonder if that might be a snag. I do have three other dreams towns, likely bough somewhere in Canada, that I will test out with the generator to see if there is any difference. The generator is made for the original Tamagotchi Friends so understandably those models would work fine, it's the conversion to the Dream Town versions that would be rather surprising.

I finally tried the generator with my other Dream Town, and it worked. My Dream Town abruptly went to the low battery screen and since I was going to retire both of them till I was up to running them again, I decided to end my tests there. My first Dream Town, the one I bought new from Amazon, did seem a little different from my other Dream Towns, thus the fact it doesn't work with the generator should have been expected. Either way it's not too much of an inconvenience since I can always trade things over if I want to, or just buy them from the shop.
