Tamagotchi Deco-ratchi Kits

So I found out about these Deco-ratchi kits while reading Kutchipatchi.is.blue55's awesome log and I thought Hey! That's really neat! And I wanted to get one for my v4.5 because... well, the design is ok, but since it was a gift I didn't get to pick and I think it would look good with one of these. So do any of you have one? Are they good or bad? Can you use them on all connection versions? I'm probably not your best source for answers, considering I've never even heard of a deco-ratchi kit before, but it LOOKS like it would work with all connections, and they seem pretty good.

obviously, i have one. my friend friend does as well, and while i haven't opened it, i believe it works for all connections as they are all about the same size. example:

this one is mine, someone i know got the same in blue. she put the case on her v4 and it works perfectly.

someone else bought mine for me, i think at a drugstore somewhere. (unfortunately, i think it's only in canada... )

those ones on amazon look pretty good, just make sure you buy a new one so you can guarantee that it won't be missing anything or broken.

be careful when you try and put the stickers and jewels on the case, because they fall off pretty easily.

and one last note: if the buttons are a bit punched in, putting the case on it will only increase the difficulty of hitting the buttons. you have to make sure hit it with the tip of your nail.

overall, i think you should get one. i'm itching to open mine but i don't have a running connection to put it on at the moment.

I think I'll get one too actually! Those metallic pens I used to use are failures, but a proper Tama deco-ratchi kit? Cool!

The gems aren't meant to go onto the case. It looks like it's made a silicone, which will definately repel anything you put on it.

Yeah, I had some deco-ratchi kits and they're alright.

Like Violetchiluvr said, the gems and stickers don't go on the case as they'll fall off right away, but they sort of stick to the tamagotchi themselves.

The problem is you can't really put your tamagotchi in your pocket since the gems come off so easily, and the stickers start to peel and fall off really easily too.

I wouldn't say they're terrible, but most of the stickers and gems I used are gone now, so I mostly use it just for the case.

They've had those here for ages, and they still sell them here in Big W. I used the stickers for my books and stuff because they just fell off and got ruined when I put them on the case. They fit most versions and I have all three designs. My favorite is Mametchi.

Maybe, the EnTama and Jinsei had the little bead chain as it shows on the Deco-Ratchi kit. The V4 has a metal chain... O:

Just thought Id let you know, I've had one for a few years. It's pink and silicone. The gems and stickers were completely useless, but I still have the silicone case. I use it when my tama is going to be traveling in my purse. It is a bit harder to push the buttons when in gameplay so I usually end up taking it off to play.. But it protects the case from getting scratched up

And it fits all connection versions. I've tried it on all of mine, v2 all the way up to familitchi/celeb and music star. Thats my fav because it doesnt have the antenna thing, but here are a few pics to give you an idea It doesn't show any signs of wear either after having had it for about 2+ years...
