Tama V5/Celeb?

I dont understand why people dont like the V5.

I think it is really cute, has nice pleasant-looking characters, fun games, cute shell designs, its antenna is the only antenna that I like, the animations with the parents are cute, having more than one chracter is so much fun, the wide screen is a nice touch, the family-bonding was a really cute idea, I just think it is an all-around nice tama.

Its also helpful that there is no weight factor. I know some people think this seems "unrealistic", but think about it, how are they going to have weight for more than one tamagotchi?

I dont think we can really criticize Ban Dai too harshly, because programming these things are probably really complicated, something hardly any of us could do.

I see your point, it is a fun tamagotchi, and of course, VERY complicated to program, but the reason why I myself don't like [And I speak for others to]

Is because we don't get to name the charecters, something I loved to do, and for me, the weight was a nice touch, I do see your point however, on it being hard to have a weight for more then 1 charecter. The charecters are some-what cute, but you generally get the same charecters over and over unless you work really hard to get the 'rare' ones. Some people, actually, ALOT of people like raising 1 tamagotchi charecter, so that they can interact with it easier. The wide screen IS a nice touch, but it wouldnt be nesacary if there was the regular amount of charecters.. 1. The family bonding is a nice touch, but you wouldn't need it for all the other versions. Basically, the thing you work hard for IS the Family Bonding.. which is why you might think that as a nice touch. Yes, it is a all around nice tamagotchi, but it's not as complicated as the others, which might be why people perfer the others, for something hard to work at.

I agree, we can't criticize Bandai, but if you really think about it, can you really COMPARE the Familytama to the others?

To make this generally simple

I perfer having 1 charecter whereas you perfer having a family.

Btw, none of this whole thing ^^ was meant to be rude or mean, if it comes across that way. I support your idea 100% and you have some really good points. I just think these might be some reasons why people don't generally like the v5.

One reason that I found the v5 boring to run on its own is because it didn't really feel like I was looking after it. All I was doing was every hour feed a meal and a snack and that was it. Or, if I didn't want to feed a snack, I could use an item or play a game.

You have to understand that everyone has different opinions. Some preferbly like the 'Family' Idea, like you for instance,and some prefer to have the one Character, to take care of.

:furawatchi: I dont have the V.5. I only have the 'single' character versions, if you know what I mean lol!

Anyways, dont care about whatever everyone else thinks, if YOU like it then have fun with it!

I agree. If you find the v5 to be your perfered choice, stick with it. Im positive there are tons of others that enjoy the v5 just the same x]

LOL thanks for you guys opinions. you all have really good points. I was just wondering why so many people didnt like it.

I really love having a single character, because, you guys are right, you can focus on it and interact with it more. Just I thought that having more than one was a nice change.
