Well you have be an adult and then you go to the game icon and when your in that hit items and choose which item you want to play with or put on!!!!

Oh and to tell what age your at if you are 0 or 1 your a toddler ( and at the beginning your a baby) if your 2-3 your a teenager 3- up your an adult. ( You turn into an adult in your late 3s and your a teenager your early 3s.)
