I am currently raising a Chamametchi. I used the time cheat to speed up time for her to marry at 6th years old. She is now married. Second, I tried the time cheat again for her to hurry up and lay an egg. I speed up time for exactly 48 hours. How come it doesn't work? No egg appears between the couple?

You have to wait for 48 hours, you can't just speed up the time, otherwise, it will just make it a little slower.

Wait until 48 hours after they were married. They are supposed to leave that night, but you can set it ahead if you want.

However, just remember that it's cheating and Bandai wanted the adults to stick around longer....

i stopped messing with the times on tamas for a while now. a few years ago when i used to try it it just ended up messing things up and making it take longer for them to grow.

You have to actually wait the 48 hours. It's kind of pointless trying to speed it up.
