Tama-go death

I was wondering can the tama-go die? has anyones tama-go die? I have been trying to kill mine by ignoring it for three days now but it doesnt work

well if you want to kill it you can like leave it in your room with the sound off( so it wont annoy you) when you go to school and when you sleep for about 3-5 days. this is when you get a memory after it dies, but if you dont want a memory just press the reset button on the back of the tama

Considering that the Tamagotchi Go has an incredibly long time for growing up, I think it may take some time for it to die. (Just a theory.)

i think that tnap is right too. the age should cause it to die faster or slower. if it was a baby, it will die really fast. but then if it is an toddler or teenager, it will die slower, but if it is an adult than it will die the slowest

So does this mean I can sleep with it's sound off, not be woken up by it and not wake up to a dead tamagotchi? O: That would be amazing.
