sometimes it is a faulty mistake like some nintendo does with some games

I'm pretty sure you have a V4.5. Does your "Tama 4" have a star antenna? And it will probably be Horoyotchi on the V4.5

Yes it does have a star on the tip of it....

Also, she kind of looks like a worm and she appears to have a martini glass in her hand. When we go to tama town she has the glass and drool dripping from her mouth.

I've had her to. She looks more like a pear holding a glass. Her discription says that she loves to taste the beverages at the parties.
