Yup. I know not to buy from them. It's pretty cheap. A cheap-o My friend bought one and she touched the screen and the buttons, than the screen top fell off and the design 'stickers' got peeled off tooo. xD

Yeah, JD doesn't sell things by retail, I don't think so, so you wouldn't find a fake in any store..
