ive been so stressed out latlie!!!

after school i have thousands of things to do on Thurs.!!

1. Go to show chior

2. Get home and check e-mail 4 sumthin inportant

3. get started on h/w ((normaly talkes me an hr. and a 1/2, but it depends on what i have))

4. have to study 4 test

and some times i have a bad day during school!!

but any addvice would be FANTASIC!!

run to band in uniform

get home 5 or six

do home work

well not to bad but freken people are fallowing me arrrrrrrggggghhhh

well bands like 3 hours long and yes
don't get stessed just relax if ur stessed it affects alot of people take you time and concatrate
the funny thing is is that i dont get stressed intill iget home

 
Can you not curse whittigerx4494? Its quite annoying no offence.

I would suggest that once in a while (Like when your not busy)take a rest and ake a deep breath.

Why get stressed?

God's right there.

Anyways, take little 5-10 min. breaks just to chill from homework/activities.

Have a healthy snack before, in between and after your done working.

Make sure you get enough

• sleep

• exercize

• Motzart

:) Actualy, listening to 10 min. of classical music increases brain power for about an hour.

 
I am such a chill person, so my advice is to think of tommorow. Tommorow you don't have to do all these things. Think when it is over it will feel great to get it out of the way. Relax, split up your work. Study for 2 tests now, take a shower or something and do two tests later. As for choir, think of it less as a chore and more as a fun activity!

well you look stressed out. i have some advice for you -

try doing this. talk to your choir teacher and ask if you can either stay after school to get some homework done or if you can leave early or skip one or two choir practices. about your e-mail prob, it's hard to keep checking it everyday. so try checking it either before school or right before going to bed.

having to study 4 a test can be a lot of work. if you take a bus home, study on the bus and before you go to sleep. ask parents to quiz you on definitions or questions. if they're too tired, study on your own. cover the answer and think of the question then guess the answer. do this till u get tired or get them all right.
