I heard that it's snowing in Las Vegas... It's almost impossible for that to happen.... At my place it doesn't snow.. (I'm in Thailand) But! If there's global warming, It might snow next year. I just hope so. I love snow.

I remember a few years ago, we had a HUGE snowstorm here. In the middle of May.

My dad was BBQ-ing, then all of a sudden, woosh! Snow just starts blowing out of nowhere.

That was a total WTF moment.

I live in Michigan. Right here, we had a snowstorm yesterday. On the highway, there was a pile of cars that crashed!

In Kansas, it tends to snow a lot. And ice alot. I love the snow, but seriously hate the ice. Last year in December, we had an ice storm that dumped over an inch of solid ice on us, which cut power and paralyzed huge areas of the eastern portion of the state. Some people had no power for 2 weeks. o_o Catastrophic ice storms seem to happen here every few years on average, so any time I hear freezing rain in the weather report I shudder a bit. heh.

We are looking at snow/mix events on Tuesday night and Wednesday night. I think it would be magical to have some snow on Christmas Eve!

The temps are gradually improving here now. We were down to -10F last night, and with a high yesterday of 7 degrees F. And 25 mile per hour wind all day for 2 days. It was painful to go outside, but I had to get a few more Christmas presents at the mall, so my guy and I actually went out shopping in it. There weren't many people out and about. Today will be about 18F, warming throughout the week, so I hope it continues on that way. I'd MUCH rather be cold than hot, but this is pretty extreme!

Last year I belive it snowed during the night and it was icy so a lorry got stuck under the bridge so me and my bro couldnt get to school xD good times.

Yeah we probaly only get like a snowfall during the night in about January so I had a snowy b-day! Hopefully it will snow but it will probs only go like 1inch high. We have a huge hole in our garden so we use that as a snowball thingy.

We have about 12 inches I'm really depressed about it cause I really want to go to my grandma's house where all my family and my uncles that flew in from NY a couple days ago. But I'm suck here in the snow!! :'((((

Today if we had school and were not on break we would not have had school I bet adn it's not because of the snow. Wait, we don't really have snow. A little bit of ice but its only 13F. Feels like -10F and my bus stop is almost a block or away and we wait for 10-15 minutes. Soooooooooooo a bunch of people are in the hospital for frostbite. Plus a couples months ago we had a huge windstorm here in Ohio, If you heard, We had category 1 hurricane windspeeds and thats what it sounded like last night.
