Hey guys!

Just wanted to know if anyone knows how to take away money from a family?

I know about the motherlode cheat that adds 50,000 simoleans, but I need to know how to take away money. if any body has any ideas, please let me know.

Thanks, guys, but I wanted to make a really poor family and they had too much money. I tried putting walls up cos as soon as you delete them you have lost money, but it only took off a slight amount of money from the overall balance.

By the way, how could you destroy the TVs without selling them back?

Nah.. Just reinstall the game, and make the family again.

Get the terrain paint tool and paint on the ground with the large circle thing until you have the amount of money you want, or make the ground all rough (which costs money) and the flatten the entire lot and it usulaay costs like 10,000 simoleons.

Build a house with 2 fireplaces. Put furnature near the fireplaces.

You could burn the house down that way and not have money when it's all done.

Or make a sim cook that has no experience. Don't install a fire detector.

I have not tried to lose money before. When I want a poor family, I just start a new family and I don't cheat.

For the poor families, I make houses that look like trailer houses. I also make an outhouse and outside showers. It's fun making the poor families too.
