Eponine walked into the gala, assuming an air of poise and dignity. She had one arm linked through Stacy's, a smile upon her face. "Thank you for coming along, by the way. I mean, you really didn't have to."

Disaster almost toppled backwards out of surprise.

Nekro stuck his tongue out and strut'd around the room like a chicken.

She smiled playfully. "Hello there," she whispered.

Disaster's motors whirred as he returned the kind gesture, making the most of this small window of happiness.
