Her mother looked around. "You did a beautiful job, Leslie." She patted Leslie's head, smiling.

Leslie looked down and blushed.

shadow gripped the walls tightly, "ah...something is wrong with me..."

Leslie looked back at Shadow and walked over to him. "What is it..?"

"whatever it is...listen get as far away from me as possible. i have the feeling that Metamorphosis will kick in.", he said with a grave expression

Leslie stepped back, but that was as far she willed herself to go. "I'm not leaving you."

"suit yourself...just pray that i remember whats a threat and what isnt."

he shook his head and carried on walking

Leslie stared at him. "S-Shadow maybe you should lay down.." She said, worry tumbling from her lips.

Shadow smiled, "i understand your concern...but i need to be awake and standing up if this occurs"

Leslie extended her hand. "Hold it. Squeeze tight when there is pain."

Shadow nodded and held onto her hand.

sarefino wasn't really paying attention. "I'll be in the teen section when your done." He said.
