Inside the tama? Those tiny ones? A very tiny screwdriver with 4 parts, not flat... Those can help. I have a hard time with those sometimes... If you really want those stripped ones out.... Apply pressure and hope you don't hurt the screw more...
I've suggested gluing the screwdriver to the screw and twist it once its dry... But I'm not sure if it will work on the inside or not..................... Maybe you can get some small pliers that fit around and twist them out. (Try an art store that sells beads/wire. To buy them)
Otherwise, the outside one.... Which I'm sure it isn't.... Small pliers that are skinny....
(BTW, The best skinny pliers I've used are Cutterbee pliers. They are yellow and black...White/Green box... probably more then you want to spend but they work on many other things where normal pliers can't since they are longer too, They have a point too.)
