Schools have no right to take tamagotchis!?

Some times they do like this one time my friend had her sound on in class and it went off and the teacher thought it was mine and then one of my other friends told the teacher who it was and the teacher took it away. In that situation my teacher had every right to take it away because it was disturbing her class, if you are playing with them during free period or lunch then it is perfectly fine and I do not think it should be taken away. I did not vote in the poll because my answer was not there wich would be sometimes

I think they can take it away if it's against the rules as long as they give it back.

 

If they throw it away or never give it back, they should be sued for stealing. So of course not. No one should ever do that.
