I was rather distraught to learn the news that day. Sort of felt like losing a distant grandmother who I deeply respected. Most Canadians today never knew of life without her as our Monarch. Feels rather surreal that it happened at all. It was to be expected though and I knew it would happen within my lifetime.

It certainly is surreal that the Queen is now gone, even though at such an age it was inevitable. She was very lucky to live such a long and privileged life, and, let's be honest, she became THE all-time iconic image of a monarch, so she'll never be forgotten.

Rest in peace, Your Majesty - thanks for everything.

I don't know what a technoblade is, but at 96 years old the Queen was a very, very old lady. Unfortunately, it's not unexpected for old people to pass away, eventually.
