Replacing battery in a tamagochi nano

Hi!

When I tried to replace batteries in my tamagochi nano, it ether didn't wanted to power up, had a black Screen or was making a low tone beep

Can anyone please tell me how to put batteries in there corectly?

yo heres the battery specific section from a nano manual, i think the post-change reset in particular might be whatd fix the problem you had
otherwise maybe you put the batteries the wrong way or didnt have the back tight enough for full contact with them
