I went To Start:AllPrograms:Accesories:System Tools-Character Map

Since Character Map is usually Set to the Font Arial, theres a Scroll thingy, And I went to the font Webdings

Found the Cloud, which is near the bottom. clicked it, copied it.

Put it in my Siggy, which Made it look like

=[SIZE=21pt]Û[/SIZE]

. And thats pretty much all I did. Same thing Works for Other Symbols of the Webdings Font.
