it can be for any tamagotchi in the world.

and yes they are JD tamas and they are fake.

besides the images have been tampered with.

The V3's are not real. they are replicas of the tamagotchi versoin 3's, but they are totally not real

oh and v3s exist but only in japan. They are called Japanese Ketai Akai.
