1. The password is so when you log in, the password includes the amount of points your character information.
2. The heart icon is the IR communication icon to connect.
3. Select the Book icon, and your Username is your name.
4. To stop the growth of your character untill you un-pause it with the same keys to pausing (A and B at the same time).
