As far as I know, you can't.
However, if you spot a problem, please use the "Report post" link that appears in the top-right corner of the post concerned, and a member of staff can take a look at it and take any appropriate action.

Only Guides/moderates can close topics. Otherwise, topics close automatically from inactivity which seems to be after 6 months. I believe moderates can also open closed topics if needed.
