Pokemon Sun & Pokemon Moon

So, well, the new Pokemon games just got announced, and I'm just curious what everyone thinks about them :3

I looked this up earlier and I have to say I'm kind of excited! I'm really hoping it's not fake (which is holding me back from being totally excited), but it seems very reasonable to announce the release of a new game on their 20th anniversary. My brother and I have already decided that he will be getting Sun and I will be getting Moon.

Well the official Nintendo channel streamed an announcement about it so it's 100% true :3

It will release in about December 2016, I think!

I just am super excited to see new Pokemon, especially the starters. X3 I love grass types so I hope the grass type starter will be cute.

Can't wait for the release. The Pokemon subreddit is going crazy with a whole lot of speculations. Y'all should check it out and be entertained for hours lol. Hopefully lots of Pokemon with different typing combinations.

Now this is just a theory. Possibly, could Lunatone and Solrock have Mega Evolutions?

And I wonder what Legendaries are involved in these two games...and also, there is said to be over 800 Pokemon now...yay, the shiny chance has now increased lol

My sister and I grew up on Pokemon. We both beat XD: Gale of Darkness together. She taught me everything there is to be a Trainer.

As most of you hopefully know, lots of information was announced for Pokemon Sun &amp; Moon today!

We got to see things such as the starters (Rowlet, Popplio, Litten), Region name, Professor, Character customization, some gameplay, and more things!

Agreed. I don't know who I'm choosing because they're all cute OTL. I was planning on somehow getting all the starters and having a team full of them.

Admittedly I have lost most of my interest in the Pokemon franchise and Sun and Moon has yet to win me over, but I really like the idea of a Hawaii-themed region. ^_^ Rowlet's my favorite out of the starters. It's about time we got a starter that was part Flying type!
