PLEASE HELP!

Hi i got a music star today. I went on tamatown and signed up but i want to log in using my tama. It asks me for my tama user name and my login password. My passwords fine i got that off my tama but my username on my tama is sam96 but when i type it in tamatown it says my user name is incorrect and it can only accept A-Z ?,! and spaces. But my username on my TAMA is sam96 (NUMBERS!!) Is there any soloution for this or will i have to reset my tama and put no numbers in my username?

Hm. I believe that it may be talking about what the name of your Tamagotchi is, such as it is in previous versions, but if not, you may have to go and get another account.

I'd look into it further by trying myself, but alas, I don't have a music star. I hope this helped, anyway. =]

Yes i made an account it doesnt matter anymore i just restarted anyway and it works.
