just remember that no mater how much you like this person they may not be telling the truth. anything can happen on the internet, and its scary. you can say there nice and a good friend but don't go so far as to meet them sometimes i say liking someone on the internet is good because you like them for personality not looks but then i remember they may be lying. they can be an online friend but chances are you will never actually meet them. sorry.

It's not necessarily a 'bad' thing. But don't get too caught up in it. You never know who somebody really is over the internet. And don't go arranging a time to meet them in person either. They could turn out to be a man or a woman looking to do something bad to you. Or they could be a kid too, but nobody should take that risk.
