please help - music city log on

We have been trying to log onto Tamatown Music City for a few days now. We are using Adobe Acrobat 10, and Internet Explorer (newest version). We are using the log in and passwords that are given when you select the PC option on the Tamagotchi "door" . We have even signed up for a new user ID and password on the web-cite, selecting a name and password unrelated to the Tamagotchi codes. We have not been emailed from Bandai to "verify" our account in several days. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve this issue? Does Music City work?

Yes it does work I use it myself. And no you don't need to vertify it.

I use it all the time and the Tama. V6 code is for after you log in, it's for when you click Enter Tama V6 Code or something like that AFTER you've logged in.

Thanks for replying. I still need help, however. When I enter "Music City", it asks for a user ID and password. I fill out the "create a free user account" info, and then go through the steps of accepting terms of use and naming my online tama character, and so forth. At the end of this process, it asks me to check my email for a verification reply from Bandai. I have yet to receive this. I have emailed Bandai's customer service, to no avail. Is there another way to log onto Music City? If I don't need to create a "free account", where do I find my user login and password, if these are not the codes on the toy? My daughters are getting very upset with me, as it has been a week and I still cannot log them in! Please help!

I think I might get bad Karma for this, but I wanted to add a little to my explanation of the problem we are having.I am sorry if this makes my post too long. I am choosing PC at the door icon on both of our v6's, which gives me the login code and password for going online, just as you do with the v4, and v5 versions. We have played successfully for two years with our v4's and v5's online. I enter the id and password from the toy (not the charm code), and I am getting a "user ID and password do not match" response on the login page of Music City. I have been very careful about entering the correct numbers and letters and know that these match. So I am drawing two conclusions: first, there might be something wrong with the toy, second, the Tama characters might have to be a certain age before you can log on to music city. Has anyone else experienced this? I am reading the instructions sheets for both toys, and it seems that I am doing everything right, which results in our not being able to log on. It seems like it should be a straightforward process. Can anyone help?

first you have to create an account then click on the word gust and enter you password on tama-town

What might be happening is you may have a spam filter on in your e-mail inbox that is preventing the verification e-mail from going into your inbox, you might have to check the Trash bin, or even change your settings to have less filters or something.

I know that I found my e-mail verification for this site in the Trash Bin. I hope that maybe this helps you, I'm sorry if not

I know exacly what's going on, on the username and password thing at first you enter what you signed up with not the thing on the tamagotchi. Then went you enter it says log in (for people who have the toy) that's where you enter your code.

Then the little guitar pick on the tamagotchi has a code there enter it where it has a picture of a pick (all this after logged in) then click code and enter it you'll get a free item.

Code A = Mame desk

Code D = Flower Fridge

I only know those two prizes.

Maybe tell me what B and C have as prizes?
