Please somebody! help me with the bonding points

 

Ok so im kinda new at this but not really. I have a 3rd gen and i still can't figure out how to get my bonding points high but it still has not worked even when i looked online and still nothing....

 

will sombody tell me some tips or ways toget my bonding high up?
